Two Amtrak Conductors
Honored for Heroism

On November 17, 2016 a special meeting was held at the Museum to honor two Amtrak Conductors, Jake Alliman and Brad Wardman, who took some decisive and quick action to move passengers out of a potentially dangerous situation on their train presented by another passenger. They followed all procedures and everyone was moved away from the individual who was isolated and detained for responding law enforcement.

Also in attendance and in the large group photo was Mark Murphy, Amtrak Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Long Distance Business Line.
