- Railroad Swap Meet opens
- Operating Model Railroad opens

10:00 - 11:30: Sierra Club Railroad District Walking Tour
- Meet at Gus' Grocery, corner of Leff & Osos Sts. near the Museum
- Tour Guide: Joe Morris, Free Admission
- 1-1/2 hour tour, easy morning stroll past 15 sites, ends at Amtrak Depot

10:30 - 11:00: Children's Story Time Book Reading
- Reader: Lynne Maddy, Museum Kids Area

11:00 - 12:00: SLO's Founding Fathers Bring the Southern Pacific to Town
- Speakers: Author, Marilyn Darnell and Historian, Joe Carotenuti

11:30 - 12:30: Emily Yard Walking Tour (Meet outside on Museum Platform)
- Tour Guide: Brad LaRose

12:30 - 1:00: Children's Story Time Book Reading
- Reader: Lynne Maddy, Museum Kids Area

1:00 - 2:00: Railroad Safety from the Santa Maria Valley Railroad

3:00 - 4:00: Emily Yard Walking Tour (Meet outside on Museum Platform)

4:00: Museum Closes - End of National Train Day Celebration
