The locomotive was built in Germany by Orenstein & Koppel (Berlin) #12708, 1934 and named 'Buckeye'. It was brought to California in 2004 and rebuilt by Peter Norgrove's shops in Arroyo Grande for operation. Two foot gauge, and weighs about six tons.
