What a great evening of train rides, cocktail hour, "Surf and Turf" dinner, wine pairings, and silent auction at the Bitter Creek Western Railroad!

All proceeds benefited the San Luis Obispo Railroad Museum.

The Bitter Creek Western Railroad (BCWRR) is a 7.5-inch gauge railroad located on the Nipomo Mesa just outside Arroyo Grande, CA. It's owned and operated by Karl Hovanitz (along with lots of willing hands who love railroading at this scale). This was a rare opportunity to enjoy the Bitter Creek Western Railroad if you're not an involved railroader there.
