2019 SLO Train Fest
Central Coast Railroad Festival

On Sunday, October 6th, 2019, Bitter Creek Western Railroad was open to ticket holders. This was a fundraiser for the San Luis Obispo Railroad Museum. It was also part of the Central Coast Railroad Festival. About 200 visitors received around 600 rides aboard the dozen trains operating over the railroad. Roundhouse area tours were given regularly by Jay Carsman. Lots of hot dog lunches were served to both the volunteers and visitors.
